Our call was returned the next morning and someone came out that day to look at the roof. He quickly determined the problem and gave us an estimate on the spot. We gave him the go-ahead and the office called us within 24 hours to schedule the repair which was promptly completed within 3 days. I can't say enough about this company. They were incredibly responsive, were able to pinpoint the problem exactly and had the roof fixed within days of our call. I was moving into my home from the west coast, with the movers bringing hundreds of boxes into the home. There is a area in the corner of the garage where half inch pvc piping is protruding from the sheet rock for a future garage sink. A box was pushed up onto one of the pipes and it cracked off inside the wall. Water was pouring into the garage at a high rate. I was able to turn off the water to the home, but now, on moving day, we were left with the prospect of spending the night in a hotel since it was 3:30 pm, and we had no idea who to call, especially at this late time in the day. I starting cold calling area plumbers for help. 3 or 4 calls later, and either no answer, or a "we can get someone to you tomorrow sometime", I called Mike at Walker's Plumbing. He answered, he heard the desperation in my voice, and even though it was now 4 pm, and he was over an hour away, he tells me not to worry and he will make his way to me right away. A little over two hours later my cracked water pipe was perfectly repaired, and at a very reasonable cost. Mike has a wonderfully positive attitude. Before he left, he even set me up with a sheet rock repair person. A big THANK YOU to Mike at Walker's Plumbing. Count me as a devoted customer for future plumbing needs!
