After Hurricane Flo in September 2018, our house had lost some shingles and we had water leaking…read moreinto our son's bedroom. I immediately filed a claim with my insurance to get the process started. I was trying to find contractors to complete the job and the insurance only wanted to pay to fix the leaking section of the roof and the sheetrock in the bedroom ceiling. My wife actually found a Facebook post that recommending Alan and Southern Premier Roofing. I gave him a call and he came out in a few days and took pictures, also he informed me that the insurance should've paid to replace the entire roof. He came back a few weeks later with the insurance adjuster and they both agreed to a full roof replacement. That was the first of December 2018. On the first part of January 2019 Alan came back out, explained everything they would be doing and how they were upgrading the shingles and the products they were using. Two weeks later his team showed up and completed the entire roof in half a day. They even worked past sunset to finish the job. Once that was completed his other team of painters and carpenters were able to finish the bedroom ceiling. Not only did they repair the section that had the water damage, they painted the entire room. This work took about a day and a half. They started on Friday afternoon, then came back on Monday and finished the painting. They matched the colors perfectly and it looked 100% better than when they started. Overall I'm very satisfied with their work and they actually did another home in our neighborhood that needed a roof. Our house looks wonderful with the new roof and it gives me piece of mind that it will last many years to come.

But not only that, the bigger custom built drains at the ends of the gutter and how they can flush out leaves and debris, for less gutter cleaning. And then he gave us the color options as well as options for the placement of the downspouts.
