The gym has good equipment for both weight training and cardio in a pleasant atmosphere, and without a "corporate" vibe that so many of the larger facilities have. After my first visit I'm looking forward to going back after a couple of days.

It's a fairly nice gym with new equipment. However, it's pretty cramped and the dumbells don't go…read morepast 80lbs. During busy hours it can be very difficult to find available equipment. Overall it's not too bad. My biggest complaint is the price.
