Filling up a 30 cubic yard dumpster is something you have to experience to believe. (I helped a bit but Brook really did 95% of the work and a lot of the trash was quite heavy.) Wow...the yard hasn't been as clean as it now is in years! We still have a chicken coop to demolish but will call Paradise Landcare back when it's taken down for haulage. So I can't recommend Paradise enough. All I had to do was send them some photos of the piles of junk, old wood and brush we wanted removed, Jennifer sent me an reasonable estimate, I agreed, Brook showed up with the big dumpster on the next working day, cleaned the place up and I paid the bill on line. Honestly, they really do not seem to like to deal with people who, shall we say, do not match their heritage, culture and language. Unfriendly and unhelpful. I hope to never set foot in the place again after having been there several times. I will drive all the way to San Marcos instead, rather than have to endure these loathsome people.
