I had an initial quote from another company and the representative was moody and passive/aggressive and I just couldn't give that company my business. Then I looked at the sticker on my old system and it was originally installed by Roth. I gave them a call and Joseph came out the next day and gave me a quote and gave me an awesome deal on a close out 3 stage furnace (it's summer). When the day came for the install a whole team came to tear out the old system, pour a new concrete pad for the AC outside, and they had to make all kinds of changes to the ventilation and condensation lines to bring it up to current code. It's an old house and I'm sure it wasn't an easy job. But every single person who works for Roth from the ladies in the office to the sales team to the team of installers is wonderful.
