I called again and they sent me a 'receipt' showing that they gave me the refund. Waited for the next statement. NOT on this one either. I called the credit card company and they gave no record of receiving a credit transaction for me from Body Focus! To this day I have not received my refund. When I called Body Focus they said it was my problem to take up with my credit card company!!
