I appreciated her questions and the way she made sure I was comfortable with the pedicure chair and water temperature. She made pleasant conversation that made the whole experience very enjoyable. I've also came here multiple times before, and they have drawn blood. I don't think they need to be using an electrical drill on nails for people who don't want acrylic. The lady was drilling my cuticles and over them on the sides. She also cut my skin around my toe. A lot of their chairs on the inside are very dirty and stained. But the overall quality just didn't match the price. My nails were left uneven, and the whole experience felt rushed and not worth the money.
