Fastest, sloppiest nails I've ever had done. Should have read the reviews. The guy messed up my nail by filing the side way too much. He started to argue with me. Then the lady came over and still didn't fix it properly. She proceeded to work so fast I felt like I was being rushed or an inconvenience to her. Her polish job was way below par. Edges didn't have polish. I pointed it out. She wasn't happy. I also had to point out that with all the turbo filing she did, she left a very sharp edge. The worst nails I've ever had. read more

I read the reviews - and was saw the RUSH approach. I tried the place out and I was the only one in there and I too was rushed. With this being said it doesn't look like I had a manicure. I paid 50$ for the manicure and tipped well - but overall nice people and place but not the top-quality nails. Also, very rough when using tools to clean under nails. I too had the stone massage, and it hurt when she clanked the stones on my ankles. read more

The lady that did my pedicure was going 100 mph. I was in and out of there in less than a half hour. She did not spend any time trimming cuticles and three weeks later, I had ingrown toenails. I paid $40 for this treatment. I thought maybe it was a bad day so I went back again and received the exact same treatment. Not going again!! read more

Don't bother. There is a reason this place is rated so low, no joke. Owners should consider new job since the hate what they do. This was my fourth visit. I have never experienced such bad customer service ever. I made a appointment, mani/pedi. They barely acknowledged me walking in, pointing to me to sit down. She filled the bowl with water, came over, slapped my foot and literally tapped each toe's cuticle and slapped the other foot. I quickly said Whoa, I am not in a hurry. I actually was excited to have my first polish since covid hit. Well, she was not. She stood up and screamed and told me to get out. Literally. I thought I was being pranked. The woman sitting next to me had fear in her eyes because she thought she was going to ger kicked out too. The strangest experience to date. Had an appointment for 4 pedicures at 0900, one more customer had an appointment for 0900. There were only 2 employees for 5 appointments at 0900! When we made our appointment they did not tell us that ONE employee would be doing all of us. They rushed through our first pedicure, at this time when I realized the quality and speed of the pedicures, I asked our other 2 family members in our party (they were sitting on chairs in the front) if they were still interested getting a pedicure, they decided not to....The first member in our party in her 80's, was treated really rough by the lady taking off the sponge thing between her toes. They weren't busy; a mother with 2 little girls were finishing their manicures. I wanted a mani/pedi as I was going to a wedding later that day. The lady turned on the water which was very hot..I had to tell them it was too hot. They rushed through my pedi & mani not even giving me time to relax & enjoy it. I was done & out within 45mins which usually a pedi alone takes 30-45mins by it's self. I'm not from the area & have no clue how they are still in business. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. read more

The technicians were friendly and accommodating to my two daughters and I. We each had a deluxe pedicure with gel nails. When the water was too hot for two of us, they quickly changed the temperature. The variety of colors to choose from was great. read more

I had a great experience today getting a pedicure and gel polish. The gentleman who did my nails was friendly and professional. Took my two young girls here! They were very RUDE and didnt do a good job. The water scalded us when we put our feet in. We told them it was too hot then they made it cold. They say and talked their language and barely spoke a word to any of us. After a fair job, they told me the price (which was not posted anywhere) then I handed them my Visa and he asked for cash instead. I told him I didn't have any cash - which was true - and he increased the price $5! They did do a small design on my girls big toe which the girls did like. But overall I would not recommend this at all and will never go back! read more

I would not even give them one star I went in for a pedicure and a lady proceeded to work on my feet she did not even push back the cuticles with the instrument in her hand she didn't even touch my toes when she put the color on and then the topcoat she didn't even put the topcoat on two or three toes then I needed my nails off for surgery and she took a Dremel and proceeded to grind down my nails left half of the artificial Nails on did not trim my fingernails at all they were like teeth and chewed on them and then she proceeded to put a clear color on them and put them under the heat I had to come home and redo them by myself which I should have done in the first place I will not go back I actually have not had a bad experience with the gentleman that's in there but the lady just seems to be in a different world and in a big hurry and does not do a good job at all read more

We called ahead for a time and when we showed up they were packed full and we had to wait at least a half hr. Which is fine. They started our services and they just kept piling on the business and rushed through the pedicures. They didn't paint my toes right and I have gel polish well beyond my nails. (Still could have gotten over this, I get that they're busy). I lost all respect when the girl came over and ripped separators from my friends toes and forced her shoes on and her out of her chair before he even came back to paint the clear gel coat..
