Lesson learned -- I'll never use a drive-through car wash again! I contacted Rainer, the owner of Lux Car Care, and he recommended a professional paint correction and buffing to remove the fibers and restore the finish. It was literally one of the best investments I've ever made in a vehicle! Rainer's work was absolutely amazing. When I got my Bronco back, the paint looked better than it did the day I purchased it. The difference was incredible. He even went the extra mile and took my Bronco badges to a local business to have them painted lime green to perfectly match my front grille -- an awesome custom touch that completely tied the look together. The attention to detail, quality of work, and customer service were outstanding. I honestly couldn't be happier with how my Bronco turned out. In video from mechanic, he got the make and mileage wrong. Called my car a Honda FiT with 90K miles. How scary is that?) I had AAA tow my car over the bridge to Plymouth. Am I glad I did! Service department gave me an estimate of 2.7k for repairs with another 1.3k needed a few months down the road. They said they looked at the repairs my car needed and thought about my repairs in terms of what they would do if they were me. That's a mindset that matters to me. At that point, so grateful for their knowledge, clarity, integrity, made the choice to turn in my vehicle and buy something new from them. So glad I did. Because I had no vehicle for a few days, Lee drove out to me on the Cape and let me test drive the car I was interested in -- Honda Passport. I'd been researching for a while and had been hoping to hold off on purchasing for another year. But I didn't want to invest 4k into a vehicle only worth that. So Lee took the time to battle bridge traffic and crazy roads, to get me behind the Passport's wheel. I loved it. Was especially grateful for his knowledge and patience answering all my questions. He was so kind, so insightful, so knowledgeable! Next day, got a rental, drove to Plymouth, and met with Lee and finance people. Got to thank the manager for doing such a great job of putting me in Lee's capable hands. Wanted a particular color the dealership didn't have and wanted a few accessories. Lee drove to Dover, NH to retrieve the car I'd been dreaming about for the last year. The dealership added on all the doodads I needed, including running boards and a heated steering wheel. A few days later I was good to go. I'm so grateful to Lee, his manager, Chris the finance guy, and all the repair people for treating me so well. Already contacted Honda main headquarters because felt the bigwigs need to know what a gem of a dealership this one is. Also let the main headquarters know about my horrendous experience with Hyannis Honda (went into a lot of detail that I didn't go into here) because that dealership sullies the Honda reputation for integrity and value. Thank you again to all the folks at Tufankjian. I love my new car and I appreciate each and every one of you who helped me get it.

They worked directly with the insurance company and I had little to do. Curtis, however sets them aside, very simply he does what he says he is going to do, when he says he is going to do it. Curtis, he is the reason I would go back. One more tim so you don't forget, ask for Curtis. On a side note they do have a cool app that lets you see pictures of your car and the progress daily. They just need to work on the consistency of the person keeping the information updated.

Service Advisor Adam Parker was polite, attentive, and efficient at getting the diagnostic process started. Within an hour or so, mechanic Aidan Hogan made the diagnosis and sent us an informative video showing us exactly what the problem was. I told Adam about an important doctor's appointment I had coming up in Boston, and he moved things along, returning my vehicle within 24 hours. SO INAPPROPRIATE...  He came back and said his manager told him to write it up and that we have a deal and to come back Friday to have my husband my cosigner sign and to put down a deposit.. try to call thursday afternoon to set that up and was told he was busy but would call me back--- which he never did.. call friday morning and the sales manager had NO IDEA that this was the plan or any of what i said so it was not relayed.. told him my frustrations and said he would not run my credit and put a deal together without having money in house so I was forced to give a deposit.. Didnt hear from them for the rest of the day, called again the next day.. couldnt get a hold of any sales manager for hours and the receptionist who could not care less said i emailed them your name and number they will call you when they call you.. Again--- nothing.. called again Monday morning and got the run around from that same receptionist until I finally got a hold of a manager. Not a great experience at all from start to finish... pulling teeth to get a hold of anyone and unprofessional.. do not buy from here.
