I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience. After placing a deposit, communication stopped for almost two weeks. My calls and messages went unanswered. When installation was finally scheduled, the job was left unfinished, and the door installed -- described as "brand new" -- had visible dents and scrapes. These issues should have been identified before installation. Instead, what should have been a simple project turned into an ongoing effort to correct problems that shouldn't have happened in the first place. This company did an coil replacement and spring. I believe I was over charged at a rate of 700.00 for about 30 mins of work But it's night time what do you do. My complaint is the worker left filthy marks and hand prints on the door. I have repeatedly contacted Top Garage. And all I have gotten is someone will clean it. It's been since 8/28. The marking are on inside and the outside . Just realized there is damage on the doors along with all the markings. I do believe it's oil. read more

Top One was readily available but charged DOUBLE what the local companies in Pullman and Moscow charge. I should have waited one more day. They did not give me a quote before hand and surprise, surprise, it was $1200 for changing 2 springs and one wheel and bracket. Palouse Garage Door would have charged half that and replaced all of the wheels. Unfortunately the other guys weren't weren't available right away and I believed the reviews. Bad idea. Top One did a good job of repairing our garage door; however, the estimate was for $200 in parts and the $275 for labor. With tax, the cost was more than $500. The job took about 10 minutes to complete. $275 for 10 minutes? Also, I do not see any new parts except perhaps for a small piece of metal, which might have been replaced. The "new'" parts were not itemized on the receipt. The cost for the service was extremely high. The owner responded promptly and was helpful on the phone (Facetime), and the repair person did a good job, but it was VERY expensive. read more
