She was professional, witty, entertaining and so full of energy! Our 200 or so guests enjoyed the history of spirits she provided as well as the tasty drinks they were able to make at home along with her. Once we met with her, she outlined for us all the overhead and other parts of just serving drinks that we hadn't even previously imagined. Honestly, we were so focused on the wedding ceremony that the reception and all entailed was just an afterthought for us. It's not that she scared us, but she definitely opened our eyes of how unprepared we were. We were about a month out and were scrambling. Thankfully Miko was able to work with us and our budget, providing our reception a great selection of whiskeys for my family and friends as well as gins (YUCK) for here side (lol!). Not only that, but Miko made us a custom drink that matched exactly with our decor! I don't know HOW she did that! Who would think about a blue whiskey drink that wasn't full of sugar? We had a terrible experience with Osmium Mobile Bartending Co…read more First off, they were extremely late, arriving around 4-4:30 after texting that morning that they'd be there between 12-1. While we understand things happen (they claimed car trouble, which was not made very clear to our coordinator and as a professional company, it is their responsibility to ensure reliable transportation), this delay caused a major setback. They started service about 45 minutes late, and when a guest asked for a beer around 4:30 (when cocktail hour was supposed to begin), they asked if he wanted it warm or cold--and if he wanted cold, it was going to take a while because they were not prepared. To make matters worse, despite agreeing that we'd cover the cost of beer and wine for our guests and only charge for liquor, they were charging people for beer and wine! They claim there was a miscommunication even though our wishes were repeated back to us on different occasions so we did not think there was an issue. Our guests were also being charged for "complimentary" his and her drinks. I do not believe they should call them "complimentary" if they are not actually complimentary. Despite my husband and I's attempts to resolve the situation, they requested us to stop our reception events and present the contract (which they did not have present themselves). They worded the contract with terms, such as "alcohol" , when multiple types of "alcohol" were discussed, (which was conveyed to us that it was correct and that she understood what we requested before signing). At approximately 6:30, she agreed to cut the prices of the drinks (originally $7-$8 a beer) to half price, but our guests should've never been charged for beer or wine in the first place. It was decided to deal with the issues at a later time because their attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. We no longer wanted to bring our concerns to them and wanted to try to salvage our night. Post wedding, issues were addressed and were denied or ignored. They claim a flawless service. It was made known to us by a large number of people that there were issues with the bar. Even the venue coordinator, stating unpleasant encounters. They had to borrow supplies from the venue, due to a lack of preparation. Alcohol we did not agree on was present and alcohol we did agree was not present until later in the night. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing, and we would never hire them again.

We were set to have an open bar for our guests, including beer, wine and the "complimentary His and Her drinks", (not complimentary in reality). None of that was the case. They made it a cash bar and charged all the guests absurd prices. When confronted, they denied any issues brought to them and always had an invalid excuse. Contract was written with vague and broad wording, but clarified over the phone, ensuring us it was correct and they understood what we wanted. So we agreed and they screwed us with the words of the contract that night. They showed up late and were not prepared. Missing drinks, as well as wrong drinks. Most guests claimed to not have been served until about 45 minutes after the bar was scheduled to open. The bar remained sloppy and unorganized the majority of the night. Decorations remained bubble wrapped on the bar up until 90% of the guests had left. Many things were promised to us that never happened, unfortunately. We planned for a bartender and a bar back per the contract, but they brought multiple additional members that didn't hesitate to eat our food before all of our guests even got their plates. I can go on all day about our issues with Osmium, but I'll just end it by saying find someone else. This company has only responded with excuse after excuse, lie after lie and added unnecessary stress to our special night. I will never recommend Osmium to anyone
