Even though you are explaining calmly you are there and have been there long before pick up time. Apparently their airport shuttle bus doesn't pick up from the shuttle bus bays at the Transit centre, they choose to pick up from a random loading Bay. This wasn't shared info and they used this to fail to pick us up and will not answer our emails that we were told to send. We have the proof from our tracker device we were where they told us to go. Shoddy unprofessional abusive service. I would have let this go if they had answered my emails. GOLD COAST TO BRISBANE AIRPORT!!! Happy to take your money, very unhappy to follow through with service.
