Amazingly this store is a chain, and you can find them in most sets of shops around London…read more This one has a variety of shoes and clothes - a mad pair of boots that I'm dying to buy at such a good price too! I'd rank them higher than Primark in price and quality, but lower than stores like Next.

It usually gets rammed out on a Saturday or even a late Friday night. So if your a sneaker freak I would highly recommend you visit this massive two story store, you will love it!

We came here for the Jellycat store and it was worth it. This is like a large department store with…read moremany brands inside, similar to Harrod's. The location was right in the middle of the action. Specific to JellyCat, they were having the Fish and Chips pop up, which offers limited edition fish and chips related Jellycats, where you interact with the staff as they present it to you with a sticker with your name and a personalized experience. You could make a reservation or just stand in line. We chose to do neither and my daughter got a lemon wedge Jellycat. The line was short and the staff was friendly.

For the food hall I loved that they had a great selection of so many different types of food and drink. I was able to pick up some sushi and drinks, while the honey got some ramen to-go. I also loved that you could pay at the specific stall you got the food from and did not have to get in line for every single item. In relation to Selfridges' clothing section upstairs, the signage for the sections was poor and we ended up having to ask where the swim area was. Everything was £80 and up so we later ended up going to Primark since it was a little too rich for our blood (DH constantly loses his swim trucks when we travel). All in all, I was glad they were close to our hotel and the food hall definitely gives the nearby Mercado (which was our goto last year) a run for it's money.
Primark is definitely it's own vibe and for those on the west coast of the US (where we don't have…read morePrimark) it's a bit like a Ross+Target+Daiso. Prior to your visit I'd keep your expectations low on the quality as most everything is plastic and inexpensive fast fashion items, but for a quick stop while you're in town, it's not too bad and they have fitting rooms so you can try things on. We did not love the UK law where although Primark opens at 11:30am on Sundays, you can't purchase anything until 12pm, so if you visit on a Sunday from out of town, it's just something to be aware of. All in all, the honey liked his £7 swimsuit and we were able to use self-checkout, so overall we'd definitely come back.

Iris is actually an independent shoe manufacturer and sells here all the labels they also produce, so only brands that they work with. Impressive. Too bad they didn't take part on the sales as their rival Matches did located on the very same street and I ended up getting my shoes from there with a very decent discount. It's the place to visit if you like shoes that inspire lust and worship or as artworks to be admired. Labels here include Marc Jacobs, Chloé, Viktor & Rolf and Gaultier. If you're looking for authentic clothing and accessories then it doesn't get better than this: everything in here is a gem! Happily there's also something for every budget, as they have a discounted section upstairs. The main floor is pricier - but worth it.

Shoe prices do range from £60 to £200! Its a lottery with shoes here for me, they have wide fits and narrow fitted shoes (I'm wide foot). Not all their shoes go up to size 12 some stop at size 9.
