His demeanor is laid back, like a gentle giant; he came off as very chill and trustworthy. However, the 1st time I just wanted him to do a couple shirts for a promo, he never sent them to proof and I figured he was busy and just left it as a miscommunication. This time was different: During a worldwide pandemic, I decided to reach out to him to put the name of my company on a wall so I could shoot some virtual content. He quoted me a price that everyone said was pricey. I called a trusted embroiderer and he connected me with someone who would do it for 1/2 the price. I explained to "your sign guy" that I can't take on that type of cost during this volatile time and he just said 'ok'. Today he texts me and told me he could do it with another type of vinyl for $375. I left the text messages so you can see for yourself his response and determine his level of professionalism.
