HORRIBLE customer service. Do not shop here. The older guy who owns this place is very rude and disrespectful. Prices are considerably high for very low quality screen printed clothing. I also observed him telling guests waiting outside on the boardwalk to board harbor cruises to move out the way of his business so customers are able to shop here!? Are you serious?? Today I had the worst experience ever in my life with the older guy who works there i thing he is the owner. He was sitting there reading a book not talking to anyone. My wife called me on my cell phone and he ordered me out of the store and told me I was not allowed to talk or answer my phone in his store. I was looking to buy a new shirt for $125.00, and he was so rude and miserable to me. This guy has no business working or owning a store. He does not have value for his business or for people. I would give him negative stars. Hopefully he goes out of business and is replaced with someone who is friendlier and cares to make business. dont ever go or shop at this store.you well have the worse experience with the the old man .my advice to hem to close and stay home. read more

Not a trustworthy store; misleading sales signs. A sales sign was posted on the clothing rack that read Children Aloha Shirts $36.00. I purchased a toddler's Christmas aloha shirt off the rack thinking the cost of the shirt was as it read. I didn't realize that I was charged $50.00 until I received my credit card statement. I looked for the price tag on the shirt but could not find one. I tried to return the shirts but was told that they do not take back seasonal items, even though we are still in the season. I asked him how much did the shirt cost "what does it say on your receipt" he said. I walked back and the same sign was still posted on the same rack. I pointed it out to John and he said those are not the shirts, he grabbed another shirt far left from where the sign was. He said I'm not trying to rip you off, the manufacture places their own price tag on their merchandise (MSRP), and the shirt did cost $50.00. Unfortunately there were no other toddler shirts available to check the price and clearly, the price tag was removed from the one I purchased. What still baffle me is, if the shirt truly had a MSRP of $50.00 why didn't he charge me the sales tax. I agree with Tim B. review, horrible customer service! read more

We love this store and the owner! The owner is very nice and he has a great selection of high quality clothing. He carries a lot of Reyn Spooner and Tommy Bahama among others. He has these really nice thick tshirts, too. His shop is very nicely decorated, too. We highly recommend! read more
