This place wasn't it for me, but it could be for you. The instructor was very welcoming and the equipment and facilities felt new. It was not a chatty class and I don't think I learned anyone's name. This works fine for a drop in but as someone new in town, I was also looking for a bit of community. The owner did a great job of communicating with emails and reaching out to see if I had questions. It was also the most affordable box I went to. I was really really tempted to make this my new crossfit place, but just was a bit worried because I saw quite a few people with bad form that wasn't corrected. I really thought at least two people I watched would end up with back problems in short order. If you feel like you have pretty good form and are looking for a convenient place, this could be a good fit. If you just want a drop in when coming from out of town, also works. If you are new to crossfit, I would be careful.

Great idea with horrible maintenance. The gym is so far gone. The machines are fine, but you feel…read moregross after about 10 minutes in there. It's obvious nobody cleans or maintains the gym. Take one look at the impressively disorganized weight rack or the torn up fake grass and you'll know the luxury aspect hasnt been around since day 1. Space is very limited too, squeezing between moving machines to add weights is just purely dangerous. They have personal trainers who don't engage with gym-goers (not sure how they ever get new clients). The locker room is quite dirty too. Definitely not a place to do anything more than change or store your bag. At the end of the day, they have an ample selection of machines and weights (with the exception of a real squat rack). They have great big windows, which I have found super rare of gyms in Madrid, so lots of natural light. My advice: get trainers who help maintain the gym, and interact with clients (gym and trainers will earn more €)! Maybe don't worry about the tacky roof top terrace or club, and separate the health and wellness aspects.

The only thing I'm not a fan of is there was no soap/shampoo/conditioner in the showers which was a bummer. The lockers were old school and offered a key to lock the locker, the key was not turning so I gave up on trying to use the locker and carried my bag around the gym. They offer classes which I didn't get to participate due to the times they offered but I'm glad we got to work out a little on our vacation. I would recommend the gym, it's clean, has TVs, wifi, free weights and a green turf.

Lifeguards put little effort into separating swimmers by speed, which might be fine for intermediate swimmers but tough for fast swimmers. Signage for "calle rapida" doesn't really mean anything. Swimmers also don't pay attention to others in their lane; I would hate to see these poeple driving. Pool is crowded most hours, but the problem isn't the crowds but the lifeguards and the other swimmers. Learn to respect others people!

Theres a gigantic weightlifting area with all body parts . abdominal area etc etc.. Place is huge with everything you need. highly recommended and very affordable with multiple locations
