So I called I let them know how the pizza was and they told me they would give me credit for another one. They did and I ordered it. First time I got to order the pizza and pick what I want on it! Ordered online for delivery. First time doing that as well. It was easy peasy and pizza came in 30 min as promised! Faster than Uber Eats! I ordered a large pizza half with Toppers combo with added roasted tomatoes and pineapple. The other half was the spicy Italian with added roasted garlic. I also added to my order the jalapeño poppers which aren't fried but baked and stuffed with a sweet cream cheese and bacon. Plus of course some ranch dressing. Pizza came hot and not kidding you... Friggin DELICIOUS!! My brother could not stop eating it because it was so good. I told him to stop hogging it all up. But great job Toppers.. For a delivery charge of only $2.00 and your order gets to you in 30 minutes... It's so worth it to get it to your door. I haven't ordered toppers in a while but I placed an order online & the order came pretty quick, I'm not sure if they are rushing pizzas being delivered quickly but my pizza was missing the cilantro, when I called the girl had to transfer me to the store manager but didn't even let me know that was the case. The girl manager was helpful and offered to replace the pizza, which I appreciate, but then she said I have to give the old pizza back. I asked what's going to happen to that pizza and she said they throw it away. I could have easily given that pizza to my neighbors who are actually struggling to pay for food and rent right now. Toppers can you please review your process for pizzas that are incorrectly made/wrong deliveries. Why not upload a picture and email the proof or show the delivery driver the pizza & they can take a picture of it. This restaurant is the ONLY restaurant that takes the pizza back. Not only that but how is that sanitary? The more I think of it, I have never been asked to return a food item that was incorrectly made ever. Please review your process for this and if making sure the problem is proven and documented why not take a picture of the customer's receipt & picture of the item/food delivered. Please stop wasting food like this. The pizza is not what I ordered but the store will replace it free of charge & throw out the pizza replaced. The pizzas looked rushed and the quality is not what it use to be, tbh looks to have gone down in quality. I'm assuming this is for rushing the pizzas out as soon as possible? I really like Toppers Pizza and got to see firsthand what all the hype is about during my recent visit. The pizza is delicious! It's made to order with a good variety of fresh ingredients and a crust that is super yummy! We ordered different toppings on each half of the pizza and they got it right! The pizza is brought out to your table and the wait time was minimal even on a busy Sunday night. You place your order as you walk in and then find a seat in the ample dining area. You can choose from a booth or a long picnic length table with chairs for larger parties. The ambiance is casual and there are a few video game machines for the kiddos. The salad bar is clean, constantly being restocked and offers lots of good options including jicama which isn't typically a salad bar staple. The lettuce was fresh and crispy, very filling and delicious. They offer a bowl and a plate option depending on how hungry you are. The soft drinks are self service and pitchers of beer are delivered to your table after IDs are checked for all adults present. The customer service is excellent; everyone is friendly and welcoming. Big smiles and offers to help when food is delivered (eg can I get you anything, everything good). We will definitely be back when we visit family again soon! read more

This place was POPPIN' outside & inside. They had so many delivery drivers coming and going. So we knew right away this was the place to be! Ordering was good, however the employee who assisted us wasn't on top of his game, didn't give a receipt or ask for my phone number (apparently they use it to track your order) so when we went to pickup (which wasn't too long after) they weren't able to find our order & seeing as busy as they were I didn't wanna bother too much. But Adrian, he was working fast as heck!! Making sure everyone's order was correctly being sent off to the customer. He stopped what he was doing and figured out why he couldn't find our food, he took care of us in the midst of being super busy. All employees are on top of their game & work very hard to maintain their restaurant. Due to COVID-19 there were a lot of people trying to order to-go so that got the entrance/exit area a bit full and crowded which was slightly uncomfortable. But other than that, everyone had masks on & we were thoroughly pleased & hope to be back thank you Toppers! read more

Ordered The Meatinator pizza and it was delicious. Crust was really good. Pizza not greasy at all. They certainly don't skip on their ingredients. The garden salad was great also, filled with lots of veggies! Staff was friendly and wearing masks due to Covid-19. Overall we thought our pizza and salad were both excellent. Highly recommend! Got a small carnitas chipotle pizza and it was enough for two. Absolutely delicious! The carnitas was so soft and tender and had the perfect flavor. The crust was also perfect. They also have a salad bar, which must be really good because I saw people just piling their plates with toppings to no end (or maybe they just wanted to get the most out of their money).
