Gotta say this was our second worst dining experience in Vernon so far. Went for breakfast around 11. Service was great..friendly and fast, but food was terrible. I ordered Eggs Benny, hubbie ordered an omelet and our son had pancakes. We all had "hashbrowns" which were chunks of potatoes mostly raw in the center and burnt on the outside and covered in seasoning salt. My Benny was ordered "medium" for the eggs and they were a solid "hard" and hubbies omelet was burnt. Pancakes were ok and ice water was good. Our waitress was great and comp'd our meal and told us to try them again. Because of that gesture we probably will but not for breakfast...Would've given just one star but service bumped it up a notch. read more

It does not meet the name, not even remotely close! Poor service, cold food, hair in it to make it complete. Server struggled would be a kind understatement. At the end of the meal, they were unable to make proper change...can't tip stupid. Hope their catering business is better than their outlet. One more place in town to take off the list in Vernon. read more

We went for $5.95 breakfast on Sunday . Breaky / service and Caesars were all top notch !!

Keep your expectations very low, and maybe they will top them. Bacon was terrible, almost tasted rancid. Will not be returning here.

This is the second time we have been to this restaurant, The first time was amazing service and food. This time was horrible. First of all, it was a very hot day. We asked for a jug of water...and waited, and waited. Then we ordered a KT burger with no bacon, and the steak, medium rare...the waitress responded, " the new york steaK'? To which I replied yes. When our food came the bacon was not only still on the burger, the cheese was melted into it, so both ended up coming off. The waitress brought me a very tough prime rib with yorkshire..then was surprised that I was a little put off by this. When I explained to her that I wanted steak, and that was what I ordered, she said,,oh., well we thought you meant out special (no, I SAID new york steak). When I sent that back, she then arrived with a medium to medium well done steak. with mushrooms on the top ( last time my husband ordered the steak there, he had to specially order mushrooms, so I was rather surprised to see mushrooms on it..and im allergic to mushrooms). The steak was medium to medium well, not medium rare, and went from being spiced reasonably to sudden mouthfuls of extreme salt. THEN the waitress said to me " Well, I am glad we could do that for you", and I said to my husband after :" what, glad they could bring me what I actually ordered?". After having three bites of the steak, we decided to just leave. as my husband had finished his meal by the time my arrived, alongside all the other issues. Top expectations? Only if your expectations are really low. Waitress was great, but food was awful...left half my plate, manager never came out when I told the waitress they had nuked my omelet and toast when they had to redo the spuds on the grill...never even picked the fried ones out of the existing omelet. Omelet was super small despite the addition of 4 ingredients, toast was so dry it crunched, and omelet was like rubber. Not cheap either. Won't return!! read more
