The food was modern european with asian and mexican touches. I had good but not excellent oysters for starters, served with lemon. A larger oyster would have scored higher with me. For the main course I tried the recommendation -- tuna with beans and wasabi mayonaise. The tuna was excellent, unbelivably tender and grilled medium rare as I had ordered. I added more salt to the dish to bring out more flavour from the fish and beans. For dessert i shared an apple Tarte Tatin, served with vanilla ice cream and double cream, with a friend. The apples were really tender but the dough was a bit to thick and the whole dish could have benefitted from a touch more bitterness. The dinner experience was three stars but the service experience four stars. We had one in our company with serveral food intolerances. She was served gluten free, dairy free, tomato free (etc.) food without any problems. We sat on the terrace, in a mild and warm breeze overlooking the small fishing harbour. It's a nice quiet spot away from the hustle of Palma centre. It's not my first time and won't be my last.
