We rented a bar from them. it was amazing and so pretty but the customer service not so good…read morewe picked the bar up because the delivery fee is more than the bar itself then we found out they were closed on Sunday and we were from out of town and didn't have a way to get it back. so we had to pay the $400 fee just to come get it and he said why would I cut you a deal! Wished I would have shopped around more. our wedding was just 5 hours from home so it's hard to find things not being from there If there is a next time would not use them

Sister and I were down for A week and even though we had a ocean front condo a Golf Cart is the way to go. We also travel with 2 small dogs and they loved the ride just said load up and they took off running to get on. Beach Bums prices, service and carts are AWESOME. You can't go wrong.

Penny and her husband went above & beyond. We come down every yr for a convention about 5 miles…read moredown the beach from Bob Hall Pier. The first night we couldn't get the cart started. I called Penny and her and her husband came to rescue us. We all loaded up in their truck and they took us back to our condo. And within a couple of hours they delivered the cart back to us. And gave us a discount for the inconvenience. Having been in the service industry customer service is a big deal for me. This is a "Mom & Pop shop". We will be back every yr from now on!!
