When that happened my autopay got disconnected and no one bothered to tell me that I was 2 months and a week away from a third month behind and a week away from getting cut off. I caught it by myself and had to call them. But now I can't set autopay on, or get any discounts, or even switch to another agency. They made their problem my problem and that makes them trash in my eyes. That's a horrible way to treat a customer and I believe all they want to do is the minimum while they collect. They're definitely not here to protect or I would've been notified, especially since I've never missed a payment the whole 5 years I've been with Allstate. I want my money back that yall have been stealing from me! My insurance is always going up and has gone up again for missed payments that yall caused. Everyone there needs to grow up and work like an adult.
