It was good, but it did have a bit of a diner or iHop feel to it for atmosphere (acknowledging the American reference here). The staff was friendly by German standards. The food was basically good, fast, hot. If you need a menu in another language, just ask, they have several, and it was helpful for one that does not speak/ read German. The staff was very accommodating and spoke very good English which was so appreciated. For traditional schnitzel, you can pick your size (by weight) and your sauce (there are several). They also have several pre designated specialty schnitzels based on cultures. I got the traditional pepper sauce which was very good and my son got the "England" and was quite pleased with it. 200g size was plenty. Dishes come with a choice of potatoes that are unlimited refills, and each dinner comes with unlimited trips to the salad bar which is basic but has everything you need for a decent salad.

I have ordered a Jäger Schnitzel and my partner a paper sauce one. Side dishes were also ok. Happy surprise to see that we had free french fries and salad refill if we wanted so. Ketchup on a small quantity was charged 0.75 Euros. Too much I think.
