We both ordered the Turbot, served in a light cream sauce with peas and ham (bacon?) for seasoning. My wife's dish did not have the ham, and easily the sauce on the side. The texture and flavor of the fish was excellent. It came with a side of roasted new potatoes. We so enjoyed the peas in our fish dish, we ordered a side dish of just the sweet peas, served al dente. We quickly devoured this too. One dessert to share...a chocolate cake, dusted w cocoa with a 23 karat gold leaf, served with a peach/mango ice cream. Also delicious.
