That's right: they operate without the basic protections required to safeguard your property. And despite repeated requests, they've failed to provide any documentation or take responsibility. They acknowledged only one photo of damage, ignored offers to submit more, and tried to walk away from the situation without resolution. Their conduct was evasive, dismissive, and frankly insulting. If you value your time, money, or belongings, do not hire this company. I've filed formal complaints and will pursue legal action if necessary.
