Ninety minutes later I came out with plump, moist, glowing skin. The sun damage, alas is still there, but is far less of a feature than it was. The very best part is I can continue the wonderful work Nicole started at home with the products and excellent advice I received. A huge regret is that Nicole is in London and I am not.

When I raised concerns, the response was slow, dismissive and disrespectful towards the patient, including repeatedly mischaracterising reasons for concern. This isn't about my diagnosis or outcome--it's about respecting patients' rights to clear, honest information and involvement in their care. Unacceptable.
