After spending 8-9 hours in the car driving from Montana, all I could think about was food, a hot shower, and something good to eat. I was also stiff as a board because of the long drive so I hopped on Yelp and found this place. My only complaint is that they are in MO and not Florida! Anyway, I called and they luckily had an opening for a 60-minute Deep tissue massage, so I booked it! AMAZING!! Ebony was my masseuse, she came in and introduced herself, and I have to say I was kinda concerned that her petite appearance wouldn't be able to apply sufficient pressure. Wrong! She started at my neck and shoulders and worked her way down to my feet. My hips, hamstrings, and adductors are always tight because of my sports, she got rid of all that soreness and stiffness. When I got off her table I was euphoric and my muscles felt like buttah... The pressure was great and she was masterful with her hands and fingers wringing out the fascia and taking my joints through their full range of motion. Received a 60 mt deep tissue massage, from Wren. Wren was great and the best part was her deep understanding of massage therapy at a clinical level AND bonus she's a Yoga instructor.. as you can imagine the way I explained my issues resonated with Wren and made her extremely effective at meeting my needs and assisting in the deep tissue and stretching needed in order to create space in my scalpels region and through my lower back and hips. I can't say how much I love this place! First of all, it is CLEAN. Upon entering, the lobby smells fresh, they have complementary coffee and tea and they sell doterra essential oils, if you're into that sort of thing. Next, the reception staff is always friendly and professional. I have never waited more than 5 mins to be greeted. They always have a cold bottle of water waiting for me after finishing a treatment. Can we talk about the massage itself? They have lots of massage types to pick from. I have gotten the Swedish and the Deep Tissue as well as cupping. The massage therapists ask about pressure, if there are any areas that you want them to work on specifically, and they don't try to up sell you. What you want is what they give you. If you are LUCKY enough to get a massage by the owner, Chanda, you will never need another massage therapist. She is magical and really knows human anatomy. She has truly worked wonders on my back. On location, they also have 2 float tanks (if you don't know, you need to know about floats!) as well as a sauna. This is the absolute best massage therapy salon that I have ever been to and I recommend it to all of my friends and family. read more

I had an amazing time here. It was my first massage ever and honestly I expected to feel weird and uncomfortable: I didn't. When I walked in, it felt comforting, not just from the diffusers, but the ladies there welcomed me and were all super kind. My masseuse was Amanda, I chose the deep tissue massage for 90 minutes. I got down to my comfortability and when the massage started she let me know that if it was too much to let her know if it was too hard for me to handle. I definitely will be back again soon. Go in, girl tells me pricing has changed.... however brochures say what is on the website... i tell her what I'm purchasing, and will she honor it. She says no. If you up your pricing, which is perfectly fine in a free market, make sure your price is changed everywhere.... not just on a sheet of paper next to the register. I'm giving 2 stars only because my 82 year old mom's initial experience with the Iridologist was good and our later contact with the manager was good. Three or four supplements were suggested to my mom and she bought all of them. Upon reading one of them, it said: Do not take if you have diarrhea or if this gives you diarrhea. Well, the main point of seeing the Iridologist was because my mom has diarrhea!!!! So, after calling multiple times, FINALLY she got a call back and the doctor reluctantly said she could exchange that supplement for something else. (Not a perfect resolution but acceptable.) The next day the doctor calls my mom and changes her offer of exchange to, in effect: Don't bring it back. Just wait until the diarrhea stops to take it. On what planet is this acceptable customer service?? Very disappointed in this unkind, unprofessional behavior. By simply not exchanging the supplement, the doctor has now lost any chance at my mom returning for follow up visits. Big Mistake. read more

We set up a couples massage for our anniversary at Total Bliss. Not only were they able to get us in on short notice, they did a great job. I had not had a massage in about 18 months and she worked out a lot of areas that were very painful. My husband and I both had a great massage. The only thing I would prefer is to maybe not talk so much (conversational talk, not "is this too much pressure" talk) during our session. I really wanted to just chill and zone out a little more I would recommend though. I don't think I have had an upper back/neck massage that effect, ever!! :D read more

Chanda is a miracle worker! I've had a pinched nerve in my right shoulder that caused arm tingling and burning for 2 months. I've been to the chiropractor 5 time for adjustments but with little change. I explained my issue, and with Chanda's expertise in anatomy, she was able to stretch and loosen the muscles and gave me 100% relief.
