You do this by spending a maximum of 3 minutes on a machine and then rotating onto the next one. As all the equipment is air compressed so there is no awful clanking noise heard with any weight adjustments. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff will help you to achieve the results you want. There is no parking available on site and with its central location, its preferable to leave the car at home and get some additional exercise or choose one of the many pay and display car parks.
