I stupidly enough decided to arrange another appointment even though my past experience was less then successful, ended up getting my appointment rearranged four or more times and getting moved from hairdresser to hairdresser, along with constant calls over two days to keep rescheduling the appointment, even though the online booking said there was a free time slot. Ended up not being able to attend any appointment because the patch test was not permitted for me, even though my friend's was when she was in the same situation as me. Definitely won't be booking any appointments there again.

Worst wax I've ever had... -no paperwork beforehand or…read moremedical history -the lady did not even introduce herself -no conversation during at all -she didn't powder, which meant my skin was being pulled with every wax strip -so much hair was left I had to come home and wax it myself -didn't clean up properly, a lot of wax was left behind -she seemed extremely disinterested and made me feel very uncomfortable (maybe she was having a bad day, but it's very unprofessional in a client facing job to take your mood out on customers, if this was the case) Please save yourself two hours at home, and take your money elsewhere for a wax. If you would like your hair cut at a racist establishment, then this is the place for you. I didn't…read moremind that I had a long wait to be served, but what did upset me a bit was the difference between the way they treated the white customers before me, and the way they (the senior barber) served me. There is no shortage of barbers in England, so please choose a different one if you don't believe in bigotry.
