Who did not have problems during those days, our landscaping deteriorated, again it was understandable. We as owners had to blow our own leaves and picking up after their people came and half worked was done. Until this day the service stays bad! Our grass is dead. Who will pass the lawnmower on dried grass. Last year we did not have any rain and the heat was extreme but this people kept cutting our yards till the point now the mayor part is dead because they killed the roots. Do not waste your money with this cheap awful company with an awful service. You will get what you pay for, a horrible work on these days. Pay a little bit more and enjoy your yard. Their work will cost us a lot of money to bring new grass installed.

Juan & I scheduled a phone consultation to remove one tree which was planted in a stupid location by the builder of my new home. When he came out, I offered him another tree & he agreed to rescue it as well. Being a massive tree hugger I could not just sit back & watch the trees die as all my neighbors have allowed. I had to re-home them. I of course was happy to pay someone to remove them, I just did not want them killed. They were just saplings. Juan & his friend quickly got to work & popped those babies right back out of the earth & packaged them up & took them to put them in their new homes. Mind you, Juan drove all the way from Seguin out to Brauning Lake, after working all day at another job to take care of this because I was afraid they were going to die if they weren't rescued soon. After getting the trees I explained to Juan that I wanted to deck the area where the original tree was being removed. (The other tree removal was a bonus for me.) His friend stated that he does that work. He gave me a quote to do the deck, & we quickly got to work talking about what was needed, as I want to purchase the materials. (Control freak, maybe ) So, I'm now going to have my deck done as well. To say this was a good experience is an understatement for sure. As a first time home owner, & this being my first time working with a home business company, I am one extremely happy customer. He explained all of our options very thoroughly. He priced it fairly and worked with us to adjust the scope of work to fit our budget and timeline with a plan to complete future tree work as we could afford. We selected Scott because he is one of the only certified arborists in San Marcos and the health of out trees is very important to us. He came out with the crew to get them started. They were very fast and efficient and didn't leave any mess. They even chipped up the branches into mulch, and cut and stacked up the logs for us to keep as firewood.
