Total Lock agreed to meet us on our journey to Alaska in Sheridan. The business owner was on time at the location. He spent 30 minutes freeing our passports from the hostage safe in the backseat of our pickup truck. My wife and I can't be more appreciative of his work. His mobile workshop is top notch. read more

Roger goes above and beyond. When we had an issue with our key not working in the lock on our front door, he spent many hours trying to fix the door lock. When it looked like he wasn't able to fix it, he spent countless more hours researching to find the replacement door lock to match. This isn't an ordinary house door lock that you could go to Home Depot or Ace Hardware and replace. He was able to find the door handle and lock manufacturer so that we could purchase the lock on our own and then came back and installed it for us. I would Highly Recommend him! There are not enough stars on this review to express how grateful I am for his help. read more

Roger was amazing! It was destiny that he JUST dropped off business cards at the hotel we were staying at and hadn't even left the parking lot. We locked our keys in our truck and at 7am in the freezing temp, he was willing to help us. We are so grateful! read more

I went here on a Saturday at 330 ,to get a key made,didn't have cash ,was going to use my credit card to pay(he takes cards) but it was1.35 ,so he told me I was all set,really nice guy will Definitely b using him for my keys and locks from now on, read more

The keys to a secondary building had been misplaced, I contacted Roger, his response was prompt and courteous. At the last minute the missing keys were found and we did not require his services but he remained courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend his services based upon his professionalism and the other reviews I have seen. read more

Excellent !!!!!! I needed 10 locks, he ordered them and got them to me within a couple of days. A lot quicker than I had expected. He only charged me for the locks, and that was much at all. Great guy, excellent service, very inexpensive. Locked out or need a key made this man will get you taken care of. Highly Recommend. read more

Roger was great! Nicest guy too. Had 2 deadbolts installed, one regular lock for an exterior door, and a repair to an existing bathroom knob. Very affordable and and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend services!! read more

Today is a 90 degree Saturday during Memorial Day weekend when my husband and I stupidly locked ourselves out of our apartment. I called Roger because he was one of the only locksmiths open on Saturdays. He said he was tied up at the moment but was happy to recommend other locksmiths. When I didn't have luck with the others (closed or asking for $300...) I called back and Roger said he would be right over. He was there within 10 minutes and had us in our apartment right away. I wanted to get a key made for my sliding door and was going to bring it over myself to avoid the home service charge. Got a call from Roger a few hours before saying he was called to a job and would swing by my house after. He came by earlier than the time I had originally been planning on being there, enabled my house key to open my sliding door, and refused to charge me a dime because of the inconvenience of him cancelling the original appointment (which wasn't an inconvenience at all!) I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a locksmith and would definitely use this business again! read more

Roger has over 20 years plus experience in the locksmith business. Second, they listened to what I wanted and were quick and efficient. They moved electric deadbolts around for me and rekeyed the entire house. All this was way more than I had originally called and priced with them. They cut the cost as much as possible and I ended up with a bill that was extremely affordable even with MY budget. I called Roger to request an analysis and quote to have some of our locks changed at our business which is located in one of the Manchester Mill buildings. He showed up the very next day with ideas and prices based on our phone conversation, and due to the complexities of the building he was able to suggest alternatives that I hadn't considered. His quote was split into labor and materials which no other locksmith that quoted the job did. He was a man of his word and his quote was honest and forthright. Highly recommend! read more

I have used Total Lock on several jobs in my commercial building. Roger gets the job done, clean, fast and effectively. His rates are competitive. He will stop in for a follow up check and present material he knows I will need in the near future or that I have asked for. Commercial business, called at 7:30 am and he was out by 8:30 am. Fixed two doors and they seem to be working fine now. Was friendly and polite and seemed very knowledgeable about locks. Suggested a few things that improved how things were working. read more
