Total stockroom which is COOBIE BRAS is not honest or reputable. I have purchased many COOBIE BRAS from them over the years. I recently purchased another batch of bras from them in a different style and did not like them. Because I wore one of the bras, I only returned 6 of them. They received my return, which I paid $9 to get there, on Septemeber 4th. Today is September 18th and I still have not received my refund. In addition to that, they are shorting me $7 because they say I only returned 6 bras so the discount I used is not valid anymore. Horribly unprofessional company read more

I ordered from this company based on a recommendation from a discussion group I am in but it was a mistake. The camisole I ordered came quickly but is a crap product. The shelf in the shelf bra is too thin and you can see the outline of your nipples through any shirt yiu wear over it. As a new customer they enclosed a complimentary bra. It had poor quality padding that lumped up in weird ways so you have an irregular bustline. read more

I ordered 3 bras and had to return them because they were way too big even though their guidelines indicated they would fit. I had to pay postage to return the items $5.50. And then when I returned the items, it took 2 weeks to get the refund and I was charged $7.25 for shipping and handling. So no products but I am out $12.75. I am used to dealing with companies that allow free returns so would never deal with this company again. Buyer beware of the fine print. Why shop with them when you can go with other companies that have better customer service. read more

I agree with the previous review - they are NOT a reputable company. According to their website, their bras should fit COMFORTABLY up to a size 36. Since I am a 36, I ordered accordingly the regular size. When the items came, they didn't even come close to a comfortable fit. I called their customer service # and was told that if you are a 36 you should really order the larger size in order for it to fit comfortably. I had to pay to ship the items back and then pay an additional charge for each bra. I would have gladly ordered the larger size and paid the extra $2.00 if their had been any indication on their website of the need to do so. Total Stockroom is a front for coobie seamless bras. This company has no business being in the bra business. I am 5'8" a 42" back with a B cup. I ordered a plus size bra as always to compensate for my back. It fit no where. Certainly not the back, nor would my little breasts fit into the cup. I sent it back to their office in NC, and have not heard one word for them. All tags were on and the original packaging was included with the shipping bill. To date they have not contacted me nor have they refunded my money. Stay far away from this company!! read more

3 Cookie bras came with straps 3 inches shorter then my previously owned coobie bras. Customer service says they are aware the straps are much shorter but was UNABLE to tell me what colors had normal strap lengths. Do not recommend! read more

I have to agree with these reviews. I ordered full size, which according to their site was the correct size. One style fit while the another style was a full size smaller. They will not agree that it is defective - something their site says they will send a return label for - and want me to pay to ship them back for a refund. They charged shipping to ship to me so I will lose around $16 to get a refund and have no bras to show for my effort. The customer service reps are rude and do not care, they apologize in an angry voice, meaningless, as they tell you to pay to send them back. Do not order from this company! read more

I ordered the Coobie bras the other day thinking it was the Coobie Company. They are supposed to be on the way to my address. If I actually do not receive them I will call a consumer protection agency. I have been wearing this brand for many years and I love them. Was sad to hear this company is a scam. read more
