In January 2018 I signed up for a membership at the Kearney, Nebraska site. I intended to tan for…read morea month prior to a trip to the Dominican Republic. I told the clerk that I only wanted the membership for one month and she said she would cancel it after I was charged for the month. This did not happen and I found recently that I have been charged $84 a month for the past year even though I have not used it since the end of January last year. I spoke to "customer service" and they were unwilling to refund any part of the bogus charges even though it was the fault of their clerk for not cancelling the membership after one month as I had requested. Total rip off and will never use them again.
