Customer service provided inaccurate information and unable to answer product related questions. Placed an order to touch up an Ethan Allen table top using a local furniture repair specialist but our products ordered through Touch Up Solutions did not dispatch to what the customer service told us with a lead time of 10 days. We scheduled our furniture repair with our local repair business way beyond this lead time due to unknown circumstances in the world of shipping but Touch Up Solutions has yet to fulfill our order well beyond the working 10 day period. After sending a couple of email inquiries the only response we receive is "I'm adding our 'ETA Labeling Ship Manager to this email thread". After this negative experience we decided we are getting our products elsewhere and advise anyone looking do the same. read more

I attempted to reach Troy Pait via social media. Provided my phone number. He acknowledged he received my message but never called. I worked for this company for about 3 weeks. I was totally dedicated at performing my job duties. When I was hired I was told I was to work Monday through Thursday and some fridays till 11am. Because the owner hires teenagers for part time help and all they do is talk and don't do there job. They put us behind on orders. Which required us to work fridays and Saturday as well. The reason I took the job was because the schedule sounded great. Because I said I couldn't work this Saturday due to prior engagements . I was called to the office by Ciara so she could tell me that someone told her I couldn't work Saturday. and I explain to her I couldn't work Saturday and brought up about the part time people not working and just talking and wasting their money. Three part time employees last Friday stated that their moms called and they had to leave. But I guess that's okay with this company. So when I brought up that Ciara stated that I needed to speak to Troy . So she took me to see him. As he walked to me. He didn't let me get one word in and just started putting me down and telling me I was a job hopper if I'm looking for a job at my age and just talked to me like a dog and cussed me. I recorded this conversation because of the way I got talked to. You think he would treat his business more professionally and not like a day care. He had no clue what I was wanting to talk to him about. But when I did finally get out about the part time help. He told me to get the HELL out of his building. He has had 4 people quit in the last 3 weeks all because of his part time help not doing nothing. He acts as a Christian and has a pastor come to the plant if anyone needs to talk. But then he acts like this to a hard worker .. I truly believe he has issues! He reminds me of one of my old patients at Broughton. What he has done is lost a good worker that actually cared about his business and don't just stand around and talk like all his part time help. I don't recommend working for this company at all.
