a birthday cake with fruit and candles
Tiffanie J.

This location is great! One of the few Tous Les Jours outside of the city. Conveniently located in Hmart, my boyfriend and I got a cloud cake to celebrate New Years. Because we came around 6/7pm, I was scared that they weren't going to have a wide variety of cakes, but they did!! We quickly ordered our cloud cake and they packaged it nicely with candles. Overall, great service and very swift with everything. They have your typical selections of pastries and drinks. Will be back if I need an bakery items for when I'm in the suburbs!

Hearing about this new location of the Korean bakery chain, I decided to check it out. There was metered parking around the bakery so it wasn't too hard to find a parking spot. I bought a few items to try: coffee kaya bun, curry croquette, sweet potato mousse cake, green tea cream cake, and mango cloud cake. All the cakes were light and not too sweet. The coffee kaya bun and curry croquette are both delicious as well. Hope some day they open a new location in the South Shore!

This is a small bakery, but they carry a variety of products. I always go in the afternoon and there's still plenty to choose from. Everything is fresh and delicious. I love breads and different pastries, but I've never tried cakes.

Tous Les Jours is one of those places that you can not go wrong when it comes to buying a cake. I have yet to have a disappointing cake from Tous Les Jour. Got the Greentea cloud cake. It is light and the right sweetness. Great for even after a big dinner. Fruits seem fresh and the cake is the right moisture and sponginess. I recommend this if you are a green tea lover. Overall, if you eat a Tous Les Jours cake, you will never look back at those overly sweet grocery store cakes ever again!

They have some pretty good pastry but it's way over price for what it is. Purchased a mango cloud cake for $53 bucks and barely had any mango in it.

Sampled their macarons and they were amazing! My favorite was the earl grey flavor. Comes in a cute box and would also make for a great gift. Macarons in general are pricey - these are comparable to those in downtown Boston.

This is a great little spot if you are interested in a quick snack or a drink. The bakery products are of good quality and packaged well. The cakes look fabulous but I have not had a chance to taste one yet. The drinks (all) are tasty. The tables could be kept a little cleaner. I find the prices to be quite high for what you receive. I give Tous Les Jours a Solid 3 Stars.

WOW Amazing Price. The price of cakes and breads at this bakery is crazy. I know, Because it's Christmas season, the price of goods is higher than before. I understand that too, but even if the cake is expensive, it is too expensive. I bought Rudolph Cake for my English teacher's gift. The 6-inch cake was $44. Since the owner of Tous Les Jours changed, the conscience of this store has disappeared.

This bakery is located in HMart and I loved the cake options they had. I ended up coming here to get my dad's birthday cake. I didn't get anything else but next time, I will. The cake was light and delicious and the fruits were fresh, my dad loved it and he's not a big sweets person. I will be back for more pastries goodies!

Nom-nom-nom. You have to have lots of self restraint when it comes to a bakery like this. Everything looks so pretty and tasty! It's a fancy little bakery shop on the right hand side of H-Mart's food court near the entrance area. While you can get similar Asian bake goods in Chinatown, you can most certainly expect quality in each baked goods from Tous les Jours. So I'm going to slowly make my way around here with every visit, one pastry at a time. The+ Milk Bread- This fluffy light-weight vanilla pastry was filled with a delicious creamy custard. It is a bit expensive for a few bites but so worth it. Red Bean Bun- It was like biting into a cloud with sweet red bean filling in it. Love! Pomegranate Lychee Ade- Unless you want to drink syrup and pucker after every sip, this is not the drink for you. I ended up tossing this away. Overall Service: The folks here are very pleasant. I've only tried out one of their drinks here and didn't like that specific one but the baked goods are fantastic here.

This is the small classic strawberry cream cake - $35. Great for family of 4-5.

I usually do not like American frosted heavy birthday cakes. If you like spongy soft but not heavy birthday cake with sweet cream and beautiful decoration, give this a try. Every cake comes with super cute skinny candles and a plastic cake knife with 2 matches included. The cake ranges from $35~$45, may go up more if it's a custom or super decorated themed cake. Located inside of the H Mart.

I am so much in love with this bakery. Everything I tried so far was great, but it's a bit on the pricey side if price is a concern

So I get a large Chip's Tip sub and a few pastries for snacks. The bill was steep for what I got but I thought it would be worth it for my son to try the sub. After getting it, we split the sub and ate it in the car. Let me tell you that this was not the same steak tip I remembered. It was so bad, we tossed it in the garbage at the gas station next door. The steak was very tough and hard to chew - almost like the tips had been cooked earlier and then reheated for my order. Everything just seemed greasy. We also did not enjoy the raspberry turnover or yellow cream cannoli's we got for dessert. Maybe it was us or maybe it was the food but I will never go there again. We are not food snobs by any stretch of the imagination, and I rarely will say anything bad about a restaurant experience but we ended up going to Augusta's which is just a little bit down the road, for chicken just to erase this experience from our mouths. I know a lot of people will swear by their steak tip subs and that is great but it's just not for me anymore.

They are finally popping up near me so I was able to go in and see for myself how amazing they truly were. The bundt cakes themselves are everything I imagined they would be. Delicious, delicious, delicious. Which is why it really saddens me that they use cream cheese frosting. And only cream cheese frosting. Desserts are kind of my thing, and although donuts are my #1, cake is a close second (you can see the similarity, yeah?). Walking into the smallish store their bundt cakes are displayed in such a way that I want to buy everything they have to offer. Mini bundt cakes. Regular size bundt cakes. Bigger bundt cakes. Themed. Non-themed. Weird flavors. Regular flavors. All the flavors. And the staff is more than happy to answer every single question you may have to throw at them. For hours. It is a wonderful bakery of bundt cakes. Why can't they have more than one kind of frosting? I'm not asking for a frosting bar (although far be it from me to be the one to discourage that kind of thinking), but cream cheese frosting is a very specific flavor and not everybody likes it. Buttercream seems like a pretty easy, and the odds of someone liking it if they do not like cream cheese frosting are pretty good. When I asked about an alternative the staff was very nice about it, I just could not hide my surprise. I really want those bundt cakes, but unless something is done about that hideous frosting, I am going to have to take a pass. This makes me sad.

I like how they have small/personal sized ones but also full-on birthday cake sized ones. Both are equally yummy, especially the funfetti flavor. The decorations were pretty and the staff was helpful and reliable.

Nouvé Bakery is an artisan bakery in Lexington Center that blends classic French pastry techniques…read morewith subtle Asian-inspired influences. The shop has a cozy, intimate feel, and one of my favorite details was the large window into the kitchen, where you can watch the bakers preparing dough and pulling fresh pastries straight from the oven. It operates primarily as a grab-and-go bakery with only limited seating, but the steady stream of customers gives it the lively atmosphere of a neighborhood favorite. The pain au chocolat was one of the standout pastries from my visit. The laminated layers were beautifully defined, creating a crisp, flaky exterior that shattered with each bite while revealing a light, airy honeycomb interior. Inside, the dark chocolate was rich and evenly distributed, adding just the right amount of sweetness without overpowering the buttery pastry. It's an excellent example of a classic done well, with careful attention to both texture and balance. The classic croissant was equally impressive. It had a rich buttery aroma the moment I opened the bag, with a crisp, golden shell that gave way to a soft, pull-apart interior. The pastry felt light despite its richness, striking the balance that makes a truly great croissant. Every layer was distinct, and it never felt greasy or overly heavy. Since everything is baked fresh in relatively small batches, timing your visit makes a difference. Many of the most popular pastries sell out well before noon, so arriving earlier gives you the best selection. Even during the morning rush, the staff kept the line moving efficiently, making it easy to grab a box of pastries without a long wait. Nouvé Bakery is a fantastic addition to Lexington's bakery scene. The quality of the lamination, the careful execution of the classics, and the fresh-baked experience make it well worth the trip. Whether you're stopping by for a simple butter croissant or the excellent pain au chocolat, it's the kind of bakery that's easy to revisit whenever you're craving authentic French pastries made with care.
