The driver arrived quickly, loaded my truck onto the flatbed, and only after my vehicle was fully loaded told me there was a "price change" and that I needed to call his boss. When I called, I was told they "didn't account for mileage" and the price was now $220. After pushing back, they lowered it to $200. This is a classic bait-and-switch. If mileage wasn't accounted for, that should've been caught before dispatching a driver, not after my vehicle was already on the truck and I was effectively stuck. Quick response time, but the pricing tactics were dishonest. I wouldn't use them again and wouldn't recommend them unless you're okay with the price changing once they already have your vehicle.

Instead of contacting me to verify anything, they made an incorrect assumption about where I was located and decided not to take the request. What is completely unacceptable is that they never bothered to tell me they weren't coming. No call, no text, no attempt to verify my location, and no notification that they had decided not to provide the service. They simply left me waiting. The only reason I found out they weren't coming was because I called them myself to follow up. Had I not called, I would have continued sitting there waiting for roadside assistance that was never going to arrive. If you cannot or do not want to take a roadside assistance request, fine! But at the very least, have the professionalism and basic courtesy to notify the person who is stranded and waiting for you. Making assumptions instead of verifying the information provided and then leaving a customer waiting without any communication is incredibly unprofessional.
