So when I ask for location they didn't want to tell me where .. so I had to take a picture of their tow truck "ad number " to try to call and find out about my car and my car was towed 5 mins before I called.. soo they knew . Horrible service , and they didn't want to tell me where the car was towed because they wanted to keep it more the 6 hours in their yard since that's when they charge double .
