When I first moved here it seemed like an ok place. Soon after the park was under new management that is inexperienced and the place has gone to hell. Management never answers the phone, grounds are not kept up, summertime and pool is closed, children run wild in the park, cars speed through the park, corporate does not reply to concerns. Management also gets rent money and does not post it to your account and then serves you with late payment / eviction notice. *****Buyer beware***** Giving this place 1 star only because I can't rate it no star! read more

I attempted to negotiate purchase of a home. After submitting all the paperwork for financing of said trailer, I was informed that it was not ready for occupancy, and in fact that many things one would assume come standard with a property (such as major appliances like a REFRIGERATOR or STOVE) were not noted as not being offered with it. I come to find out, five days AFTER I needed to be out of my previous rental (which I managed to negotiate an extension of) that the entire unit's flooring needed to be redone, and that as of yet they had no ETA on WHEN that would be done. After this, and the management PROMISING to contact me the next day to keep me updated with a timeline, I then did not hear a single thing from them until 13 DAYS AFTER that date. Unacceptable. The property should never have been listed for sale in the first place if it wasn't in condition to be sold, and it's amenities (or lack thereof) should have been made plain up front. read more

The staff here are so lazy they can't seem to lift up the phone when it rings. They advertise several homes for rent or sale but they won't answer and while the answering service takes meticulous messages they don't return these calls either. I drove around this property and it is a mess. read more

I've lived here for almost 15 years and it use to be so amazing,people use to care how their places looked but not anymore.the newest managment is ok,Doug could be better on his niceness but krystal is very kind and sweet she loves all the kids who come to visit her especially on saturdays when it's slow,the only reason I'm giving it three stars is because of how nice some of the employees are.If your looking for a cheap but ok place this is the place for you. read more

This property, should be condemned, by the Government, or at least, by the Business, which owns this property, and shut it down, and start all over. This property, and the people who live within the property, seem not to care, how they live, or how their own home appears, from the other side of the fence. My first experience with this place, I made sure my doors were locked, and my windows rolled up. Very, unsightly, inside, and worse, on the outside. They have had the worst Management employees, in all the years, we have lived adjacent to this property. Ugh! The West end of the Park, is aligned with S.Columbus Blvd, and is atrociously filthy on the outside, I can only imagine, what the interior must appear. There has been placed a sidewalk, along the outside, West End, along S.Columbus, but can't get to it, for the overgrowth of plants, trash, and whatever, the folks, who live inside the park, throw over the fence. The County Supervisors, seem to care even less, about this property, and the surrounding outside, especially along S.Columbus, than the Management of this Property. The wired fence along S.Columbus, is constantly, being ripped apart, only so the insiders can get out. We have actually, seen, plumbing, from washers, or washer tubs, piped into the Earp Wash. Been living here for about 7 years and decided to get a double wide in the same property while NEW management just started. Well worst mistake I could of made selling my mobile home for something bigger and a fixer upper. I kept in mind that remodeling would take time and money so we made a plan to pay two rents while the other family wasn't moving in just yet for the first month to have the home move in ready because there is a baby on the way. Not only have I wasted 3 months of RENT for both homes because the new house didn't have a meter for the electricity, there is nothing the manager has done to help other than waste our time and money. We called and paid and electrical inspector in order to have TEP turn on our electricity, inspection did not pass he did not leave us any paper work just left us a voicemail which I still have saved that the panel didn't have any ground and we had to have that fixed which is also very UNSAFE. We pay the park for rental of the property and they don't care about our safety issues such as unsafe electrical system. I knew I shouldn't be responsible for outside my home problems that should be the management issue so I let them know she had to see someone to add ground on our panel, she agreed to have someone come in and do the job. We had just paid our 3 months rent and it took about the first 3 weeks of that paid month to get the job done. Having things to finish inside the home and no electricity and these horrible hot temperatures there is no way we can get anything done. Trusting the manager that she found some professionals to do it (commonwealth electric c.o) I still had a family member which is and electrician come in and see if the job was done, who was I to know what had to be done in order to call inspection and pay again, well he let me know that they did the water ground NOT the panel ground which he said would also of had to be done because it is not safe either. There goes 2 unsafe matters. I stopped by the office which was close and most of the time is because the manager is more concerned of peaking in our yards other than maintenance work I had my father go in and speak to them the next morning. My father called me and was so frustrated with the manager letting me know that she said she wasn't responsible if it didn't pass inspection and my father asked what could be done about the next month of rent and she said she wasn't responsible for that either. I called the office and asked her to explain to me what was that about, she said she was not responsible for anything she requested what we asked to be done and because we didn't give her in writing which I admit I did not because all we had was a voicemail I understand it is our fault for not giving anything in writing. I asked her if she hired professionals they should of known what had to be done in order to pass inspection. WORST MANAGEMENT. read more
