They did a great job, but when I returned home I decided that I wanted a downspout moved and or modified. They returned, modified the downspout, and charged me a reasonable fee for doing so. I own a rental property in Rice Lake, WI and reside in Colorado. I worked with Dustin of Town & Country Seamless Gutters. I never had the chance to meet him in person and all of the correspondence was via e-mail or telephone. They worked around a unique situation with the separate garage building and made sure that a gutters were installed to have the water very far from certain areas of the basement. After the install, they sent me pictures of the job that was performed. T&C even offered to haul away some old gutters I had on the property on the ground. I spoke with my tenant and the installers were very courteous and professional. This was four months ago and the water issues on the property have improved greatly! The current tenant mentioned today that some extra water built up in one of the gutters and I contacted Dustin. Dustin came out to fix it on the same day (Saturday.) Here's a company that stands behind their installation and their products. Hopefully Town & Country offers services in other areas as needs arise. read more

Last year I had new gutters and covers installed at my house by Town & Country after being assured by Dustin that he uses only the best products and warranties all of his work. Everything worked great at first but now is falling apart. I've spent weeks emailing and leaving voicemails for Dustin and Town & Country but have yet to receive a single reply. Looks like I'll have to pay another company to company and inspect/repair their work. My advice: when it comes time to get gutters, go elsewhere. read more
