While those might seem to be significant hurdles when it comes to buying fabric, I was able to pull it off thanks to the helpful staff at Masons. The store is sort of like a big closet stuffed full of fabric. There were all sorts of weights and patterns, but after a while I picked out a couple that seemed like they would work. I asked one of the clerks whether she thought the patterns matched and she said that putting them together looked like an ugly motoring accident. Armed with this colorful advice, I found some less offensive patterns and was on my way. Even for a novice, navigating the store was fairly easy and I would go back if I ever had a need for more fabric.

On exiting the gap to use the toilet I badly lacerated my right forearm on the stand. Poor start to our holiday and didn't get any better all week as the cut kept opening up. Actually if I lived in Milton Keynes can imagine it's a popular place to take children for an outing. There is a large cafe with ample choice, a toys section with some LEGO sets I haven't seen elsewhere and unusual foods to take home and experience. The only reason I'm giving four stars is because the prices are significantly higher than they need to be both in the shops and the cafe. I appreciate it's a pleasant experience so a premium has to be paid but I felt it higher than it needs to be.

When it first opened my sister in law and myself managed to spend several hours wandering round the place looking at everything which might give an indication of just how big it is.
