Upon entry, it is a large space with comfortable but chic furnishing and decor. We chose upstairs to sit on the terrace looking to the street. The young man quickly came & let us know he could start us with ordering. We gave our order drink, iced cappuccino & latte with almond milk. We then ordered after clarifying the menu and went with French toast and the cafe was kind enough to accommodate my request and allowed me to order an omelette with a side of pancake. The cooking took time but upon arrival I was very excited by the presentation and the amount of food. The best part was everything was done with excellence. The French toast was just right amount of sweetness, sprinkled with nuts and cinnamon sugar. Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The same thing with the pancake. The omelette was full of ham & cheese and if you like spicy, you must ask for their house made salsa matcha. One of the best I had! Overall it was a beautiful experience and I would say one of my favorite places to eat now!! Definitely visit! Kudos to the staff! Very kind and helpful!!

Nice crusty roll to start to which meat, vegetables, and various toppings are added. These are so varied that it would be impossible to list them all and I only tried bites of two of them so I have no idea what you might discover taste-wise. What you will discovewr is an authentic native non-touristic experience with a memorable sandwich in a circa 1950's lunch room complete with talented musicians busking in an orderly way playing music which everyone in the place found familiar. There is no elegance other than in the total authenticity of the food and atmosphere. If you are in Puebla and want to see what the regular people do for lunch, by all means go!

Service was fast and our waitress was nice. I had a Taro frappé and it was delicious! A friend ordered a slice of chocolate cake and I will admit the price seemed a bit high but it was pretty good. They accept credit cards (Including American Express). Definitely can see myself coming back to enjoy one of their coffees.

The decor is very rustic chic, and there's lots of seating inside and outside. Everything about this place is amazing. I ordered the paquete for only $110MXN, which came with a cafe americano, a juice or fruit cocktail, and a breakfast plate. They were unable to make the poblano omelette that day, so I settled for the chilaquiles verdes with an egg over easy. The coffee was enormous and piping hot. The chilaquiles were also delicious, but came in such a large portion I could only finish about half. After I finished eating, I was still sipping on my coffee while I worked. My waitress checked in on me occasionally, and took away my dishes and napkins as I used them. Finally, after finishing my coffee but not my homework, I ordered a hot chai tea latte, and it was beautiful and delicious, as well. In total, I think I spent $200mxn, after ordering a second hot drink and a bottle of water and leaving a decent tip. I definitely will be back and I will probably be making appearances at Dominica 19 as a regular.
