I have used Towncar2fly on several occasions with no issues. My most recent flight though from Houston to DC was a disaster. After receiving my confirmation from Towncar2fly I assumed everything would go smoothly as usual. My pickup time at my house was suppose to be at 6:00 AM but by 6:15 no one showed so I had to call their office. Of course, their office wasn't open yet so I had no choice but to wake my neighbor and ask for a ride to the airport because I could not wait for a taxi living in the suburbs of Katy. I called Towncar2fly the following afternoon and was greeted on the phone by a gruffy and annoyed sounding man that said he would look into it and would contact me back in a few hours. Five hours went by with no return call so I called them inquiring about the absence of my pick-up. Although, very upset at what happened I was willing to forgive them since I understand "things' happen but the same gentleman (if you can call him that) was extremely rude, unapologetic and simply said..."your booking somehow got deleted". I asked him if I could get a complimentary ride back home or even a discounted service for the problems this caused and he said "...the owner has never given discounts when drivers are late or don't show." This tells me the company has a record of "no-shows" or late arrivals. Either way, this man seemed very busy and didn't want to bother with me so he became argumentive, which in turn put me on the defensive and I became argumentive as well....wondering how he can treat a loyal client like this. I personally request their SUV, which is very spacious and comfortable for long road trips. I am very pleased with the services provided by Frank, Lissette, and their drivers. They are always punctual and extremely personable. I feel safe in their town cars, which are very comfortable and clean. It is extremely helpful to me when they pull my luggage off the circular ramp due to a health constraint. I travel to Houston quite frequent, and I use towncar2fly every single time. It's so easy to make reservations I can make a quick call or send an email, the dispatch is extremely helpful, even if I call to make a last minute pickup they always find me a driver to be there on time. They even track down my flight. I think I have had every driver they have and each & every one are very professional and amiable. I don't get why any one would use a taxi, towncar2fly offers the same rates, but instead provide new, clean, elegant cars.
