Dr Talbott, is my opinion, the best Endodontics in Naples. First greeted by a great office…read morepersonnel. Then the assistant greets you and gives you outstanding customer service plus explains the procedures before Dr Talbott greets you. After X-rays, he begins explaining to you his opinion of the condition of your teeth or tooth. If you accept the treatment, then afterwards he escorts you to the front desk and offers you his personal card with all the numbers to be able to reach him in case of any problems. I have been a patient for 20 yrs with unfortunately many visits. His treatments are so extraordinarily great with great workmanship. I've never had issues with visiting Dr Talbott. If you want a phenomenal Dentist and Trustworthy treatment, Dr Talbott is the man you need to see. He has saved many of my teeth as my own personal experience.

I needed this due to my fear of Dentists. ALL staff is SO friendly and introduces themselves each time. I had a root canal done. He did a perfect job. No pain. He even gives out his personal phone #, in case you have problems. Wow! Office is beautiful and clean. Dr. Talbott is the only one to see if you have any Endodontic problems or concerns.

I waited 30 minutes for dentist to assess then he numbed me and didnt come back for over 50 minutes i then asked my wife to check what was going on and the response they gave to me was short and i explained i didnt feel like i was getting the best service instead of being empathetic they just told me to get the procedure done somewhere else after already stabbing me in the mouth and numbing me Probally the most unprofessional experience ive ever had with a professional ... The dentist is already an uncomfortable place being friendly and empathetic may be something the staff should learn ...

Nope, if he would have handled my tooth issue in the beginning I would not have had two small surgeries and the second round of antibiotics and two weeks of pain. His staff threw instruments in the drawer after conferring with him and never told me problem until he up and refused to treat me. He uses his very hard working office manager, Ashley to do ALL his talking. The best and brightest spot in the office. Financial and medical advice comes from her. He did return my money after refusing to treat me and after walking out of exam room three times yelling, yes yelling at me. Next stop florida Board of Dentistry. I do not want any one patient to get in the type of medical situation that I am in.!!!

The first cleaning I had with Hygienist Alyson (a year or two ago) went the same as Stephanie describes - - Alyson was rude, unprofessional, condescending and has a nasty bedside manner. She is not pleased to have to deal with any medical issues a client may have. Due to vertigo and sinus problems, I am unable to be reclined back as far as she would like, yet she has no concern for anything but her own comfort. Likewise, the appointment setter, Claudia, is rude and obnoxious, stating that she told you something last time you were there, when she DID NOT. I was called less than a week before my six month cleaning and told that it would be a deep cleaning as discussed. They "mentioned" wanting to do it; but I NEVER AGREED to it - - and now they say they will no longer treat me if I don't have it done. I asked to speak with the dentist by phone and was told that I would have to make an appointment to see him in person, rather than a telephone call. I really only wanted to speak to him further about the procedure itself and privately question his staff's behavior, but because of Claudia's rudeness and pushiness, I decided to come here to let everyone know about my feelings publicly. Additionally, during the last visit, the dentist mentioned a small light colored area near one of my teeth near the gum (it has been there for years) and the dentist gave me a card to go see his buddy, a dental surgeon, to have a look at it. Two years ago, they stopped taking my insurance (claiming it was a slow payer), but I loyally stayed with them, and submitted repayments to my insurance myself for reimbursement; so now, all of a sudden, Claudia calls me a week before my appointment telling me I have good insurance and it will only be $35 for the deep cleaning. Furthermore, they will no longer treat me if I don't get it done. Could it be that they lost so many long-time clients they decided to again take my insurance? Working the system much? Poor business practices at the very least.
