Perfect location! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything that we needed. Initially, we were missing a lamp. After a call to the front desk a lamp appeared in less than 5 minutes. This is the first time that I have seen a Farfield attached to a different Marriott property. The breakfast area was quite large. The were three waffle makers and two places to get coffee. We also loved the salt and pepper shakers in our room. We did not pay for parking but there might be a parking fee and no EV charger. read more

This place was needless to say , gross ! My work paid for this hotel , so I didn't have a choice , although appreciative of their tremendous generosity, I don't think they realize how bad this place is and I had to stay here for 2 weeks! And I know they would feel bad if they knew how bad and unsanitary it was , but it wasn't worth saying anything to them about it and making them feel guilty, they were too kind . I survived that's all that matters . But this place is so outdated , nothing wrong with that if that was the worst thing , but this place is so dirty . The cleaning crew does a terrible lazy job . Dusty dishes in the cupboards , blood stain on one of the fresh towels , mold growing in the shower , even after I wipe it, it grows back , lipstick stain from a cleaning lady on my comforter when it wasn't there before, I don't know how they didn't see it ,it was so obvious and right on top when they made the bed . Wallpaper peeling everywhere. The room smelled like a musty dirty person and the smell never went away even after I left the windows open everyday all day to air it out, they smell was just part of the room ugh . The breakfast was terrible omg!! They put scrambled eggs on top of plastic wrap covered in chaffing dish , the eggs tasted fake and like the plastic they were baking on . Just some laziness and just lack of pride for this Marriott long term stay hotel . Just disappointed and grossed out honestly. I had to buy my own cleaning supplies and disinfectant cleaners because I didn't trust who cleaned this place when I came in, so I cleaned everything I would be touching just to feel safe and sane . The bed was for the most part comfortable, but I just felt gross and icky in the room period from everything else . Just the lack of cleanliness and the mold in the shower , blood on my brand new towels they left , hot pink lipstick with clean lip marks on the white comforter. I mean at this point I'm just laughing, this place was a total joke. Please do better Marriott , what a shame . But the city of Mooresville, NC was absolutely beautiful, green and lush and wonderful friendly people . Great vibe in this town , Cute town over all , totally loved it here and will come back again , just staying somewhere else . read more

Unfortunately this location has gone downhill. It was unclean and poor quality of experience. Cabinets and tables unclean. Floors were dirty with animal and human hair. Toilet didn't flush well, and tank took five minutes to refill - literally. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Staff was kind, but didn't really respond to our complaint to the state of our room. I hope they fix this soon as it was a good location. Recommend you look elsewhere for a hotel before booking here. read more

Day two of my two week stay and very little to complain about. Service at check in was quick and friendly. Room we reserved was the Queen Suite with Kitchen. I probably should have splurged on the Two Room Suite but they were limited on availability over the weekend (sold out). Quiet so far, very little noise from my neighbors so that's a plus. Room was clean, furniture looked in good shape. Quiet area, a few other hotels next to ours and we are located in a medical business park. So quiet after 5pm. Pet friendly hotel and plenty of areas to walk your pets. Beds comfortable except the pillows. Too soft for my neck. Little support, may need to go buy me one or I will be in pain everyday. read more

Having stayed here in the past, the service level and room quality hasn't changed. I enjoyed my stay and the surrounding area. There is some major construction on the main highway that caused a few delays. I would recommend. read more

Very nicely decorated and clean hotel located in a quiet business district. The room was comfy with a large king bed and pull out sofa with bedding. The kitchenette had all of the essentials ( microwave, fridge, coffee with maker, dish soap etc). The main area had a closet and so did the bathroom for additional space. Free breakfast was included and the staff was very helpful. The only pitfall was the Wi-Fi did not work the entire time we were there. I can see this being a problem for business travelers but something we didn't address because it wasn't a must have for us. Overall, I would recommend and book again. read more

This hotel was as good as any TownePlace Suites that I have stayed in. The beds were comfortable, the free breakfast was good and the staff was great except the one who checked us in. I am a long time Platinum Elite and now a lifetime Platinum so I guess I expect exceptional service. This trip was over my birthday and I had requested an upgrade. When we walked in we were greeted with "name please". Then he looked for our reservation. When I asked him about an upgrade he told me without looking, none tonight. I ask him if he knew I was Platinum and he replied, "would you like something from the Market"? WHAT??? When we checked out the very nice lady said" oh, you had a special event, congratulations ". On the top of Marriott's that I had the privilege of staying at. They have a clean exercise facility with free weights and cardio machines (treadmill, elliptical). A bike would have been nice though. There is also a pool and spa right next to the exercise area. Get this though: They also have a family fun room complete with a large flat screen tv, chess/checkers board, Wii + Band Hero. Wat!?!? During my two week stay there it largely stayed empty, so it was a nice place outside of the room just to sit, relax, and do work in. Internet is exceptionally fast compared to hotels on average. Heck, compared to other Marriott hotels it's like flying on a jet plane, while others hotels are decrepit snails. No seriously, slow internet connections make me furious. It is the opposite of how you want customers to feel when they stay at your hotel. I wish other Marriott branches can learn. My only complaint is the bed. Everything else has a very modern feel, but the comfort of the bed is left to be desired. The comforters aren't really comforting, and I tend to toss and turn there. But then again, there's no place like your own bed at home so I can't dock too much on that aspect. read more

Kinda late but better late than never. On our way home from Orlando to Columbus during Spring break on 4/2/16 the traffic was insane! We traveled 250 miles in 9.5 hours! Once we decided to make the stop for the night we called at least a dozen hotels which all had no vacancy. Thankfully Town Place had a room with a king bed and a pull out couch to accommodate our family of five. The room was super clean and awesome! If I ever decide to to stop again during the Florida trip it'll be here for sure! read more

DONT TRUST YOUR VACATION WITH THIS PLACE!!! My sister and I each booked a two bedroom suite a month + before our vacation. One week before checking in I was notified that my room is no longer available (and neither was my sister's) but they could get me into a single and a studio. How do you suddenly not have 2 two bedroom suite available? I am traveling with my children. This arrangement is unacceptable! My sister and I had to make other arrangements and ended up in two different hotels! I am giving this a star only because it is the lowest you can go, otherwise I would give zero stars. read more

This place has seriously gone downhill from a year ago (we have always stayed here over Christmas while visiting family in the area, although this was the first time we had a suite). We reserved an one bedroom suite and were very disappointed. There was one couch (pull-out) and an office chair. That was the extent of the "sitting" furniture. The wallpaper was peeling in places and the couch was very worn. There were cobwebs in the bathroom and the kitchenette cupboards had not been cleaned in quite some time. We didn't expect 50" 4k TVs, however one would assume that a more expensive suite would have at least one 40" TV. Instead there were two vintage 32" LCDs that looked to be at least 8 years old. Overall the hotel seemed fairly clean but very worn (scruffy carpet, peeling wallpaper, stained ceilings, ect). The breakfast was as expected (very basic but hot and fresh). We will probably be staying elsewhere next year unless they advertise the hotel is renovated. read more

This is a great hotel for a great value. This is our first time at a Towne Place property, but this far exceeds our expectations and is a great price for excellent accommodations. We are staying in Mooresville for 6 days and needed accommodations for two adults and two children. We are in a 1 bedroom suite. It is very spacious. We love having the second room (living/sitting room) for the kids to sleep separately from us. One is on a pull out sofa and the other on a rollaway twin bed, and there is still tons of space in the room. The first thing that struck us upon arrival is that the colors and decor are very fresh, crisp, and modern- very pleasant and a nice change from usual hotel decor. The first impression of our room was clean, bright, attractively furnished, roomy, and very fresh-smelling. Sounds funny, but the rooms truly smell clean but not cleaning chemical/bleach clean.) The mattress is very comfortable- not too soft or too firm- just right. We are enjoying the breakfast buffet- it has lots of choices- make-yourself belgian waffles, oatmeal, bagels, toast, english muffins, eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, cereral, fruit, juices, milk, and coffee. The breakfast dining area is bright, cheerful, clean, and attractive. This weekend the game room was closed for a private event, but we are looking forward to trying it and the pool this evening. We have 3 more nights to go in our stay and expect them to be equally as pleasant. Two minor suggestions for the property. Although there are nice drawer tables in our room, I would prefer a luggage rack. We used some glasse from the efficiency kitchen, and altough the dirty ones were taken away, clean one were not restocked. I will ask at the front desk this morning for some replacements. read more

6 weeks ago we had a house fire and have been displaced since then. The hotel staff and manager have went above and beyond to make sure we are okay and satisfied with everything. They are so friendly, so caring and so helpful! They have helped us during our insurance problems, our extensions etc! The manager Marcita is seriously one of the best we have dealt with. She is so caring, so personable and loves our dogs! She has went above and beyond to make sure we are okay! We have loved the hotel, its very clean, dog friendly, the salt-water pool is so nice, the breakfast is great and the beds are so comfy! I haven't stayed here yet, BUT... I love them already! We are moving from Raleigh to Mooresville and needed a pet friendly place to stay for the night. First, they are super friendly on the phone. Second, the process is SO easy. Secure the room, then pay the flat fee upon arrival for pet(s). We are trying to coordinate our house closing for the following day and they went out of their to accommodate us with a late check out. Many details to stress about when moving and I'm so happy this isn't one of them. It's in a great location by the freeway and near food so It's super convenient too. I'm sure this review sounds fake but I promise it is real. They seriously made my day. read more

We had a wedding block at the Towne Place Suites 7/25-7/28. At the beginning, the Director of Sales was fairly accommodating with our arrangements. As time went on however, she was not very responsive as several of our guests had called only to be told that our block was not in the system. The Sales Manager told me I would need to coordinate any guests who wished to make reservations at this point through her. Obviously not something I wished to be dealing with the week of my wedding. While the property is very nice, the management seems very egocentric. My parents were billed $400+ in damage fees because the housekeeping staff claimed my mother smoked in the room. While this is clearly a case of he said/she said at this point, the TownePlace suites went ahead and billed them for these charges, without so much as letting them know in advance! Had they not found a pack of cigarettes in the room upon cleaning, it probably would not have been an issue. They also claim to have found a burn on the comforter. Perhaps from a previous guest? Who knows, it just seems excessive to make someone pay $400+ in damages. Clearly I will not be recommending this property to any friends, family or otherwise in the future. read more
