With just one session, I already saw immediate results. Let's start with my skin condition. My problems include acne, scarring, hyperpigmentation, sun freckles, and those darn red cheeks that won't go away. What I love is that Patty takes the time to listen about your concerns and plans out the next few steps to take to help you reach your goals. She is patient and friendly and knowledgeable. The treatment was so relaxing that I fell asleep. I thought lasers would be painful but you can't feel anything other than the heat- which is quite comforting in this winter breeze. They didn't rush the treatments and took their time. I have been to other places where they want you in and out. As it turned out, I am either not fat enough or too tall to qualify for the program that I wanted. But since I'm not entirely sure of my height, we scheduled another appointment two weeks away, during which Simona would measure me. I decided that I would start using heavy weights again to build muscle, since a foot fracture derailed my workouts and caused weight gain. However...I then decided that I probably am too tall and still might not qualify. And I likely couldn't gain significantly more muscle in two weeks. So I went on Groupon to get a refund. To my COMPLETE surprise, my Groupon had been redeemed without my knowledge or consent. I called, and it was explained to me that they always redeem the Groupons upon arrival, in order to prevent people from getting the service and then claiming a refund. While I understand that concern, it's a terrible business practice to do that BEFORE determining eligibility. I probably did look fat enough, as I was wearing a baggy sweatshirt over leggings. I was not told that they had redeemed my Groupon, probably because I had scheduled a new appointment. I told them that, commonly, providers ask me to pull up the voucher AFTER the service, or, if it's a facial treatment, sometimes when I arrive. And then *I* mark it as used in front of them. This action cannot be undone, so the provider is protected. I think this is a MUCH better practice, especially when there are eligibility requirements. As a side note, I am appalled to learn that people try to scam providers. Ugh. Shameful. Simona promptly sent the email confirming my ineligibility, which Groupon requires for a refund, and for that I'm grateful. I gave five stars because although I was initially very disappointed, then furious, the situation was handled as well as possible. I'm going to look at some of their other services, since I likely won't qualify for the one that I purchased.

This is what happened to me, if you're interested please read my experience. Sorry, it's lengthy, no short way of explaining... This place is booked out about two weeks in advance, I'd suggest to put your name on waitlist, due to cancellations. There's an extensive form to fill out, I filled it out truthfully, submitted over a week in advance and knew it would be a long drive (51 mi) from home. I spoke with clinic extensively, daily, with multiple questions because for a person like me, I'm chronically ill and must be careful with my risks. The day of my appointment, we drive down, taking about 1.5 hrs, with traffic and took us in for my consultation. She goes over pricing for what I wanted done, discussed how many sessions are needed. We only had time to do one treatment done. They put us in room, put things in closet and laid on white heated bed with comforter. I'm warm, asked to turn it down and begun treatment. She put numbing gel on my neck and left (about 15 min) I got up to grab phone from closet and laid back down. I think, from moving around, some of cream wiped off, plus I'm wearing oxygen tubing on my face which lays directly on my neck, some could've been rubbed off. As she continued treatment, going along, when she got closer to body, it began to sting and it began to hurt. I thought how strange, because I felt nothing while she was on upper part of my neck, so asked if she could put additional cream on other side in case it got rubbed off. She did and I definitely couldn't feel anything. She provided stress balls, it continues to sting a lot and suddenly, everything stopped. We were only halfway through treatment removal. I've been waiting for weeks to have this procedure done. Then, esthetician got up and left (?) she came back and said, she could not finish my treatment. I pleaded with her, we are almost done and worst part was on other side she didn't finish. Then, manager came in, saying that they cannot finish the treatment. Excuse me? She said, they don't know whether I'd heal, it could get bad if doesn't heal properly. And, she spoke with the owner, she felt it would be best if I left. I explained, I would sign any liability onto myself. All I wanted to do is finish my treatment. Nope, basically, they want me to get up and leave, we are right in middle of my treatment. I asked, why did you even tell me, I could come here, if you were unable to do my treatments? I drove a long way to get there, over 51 miles away from home & I can't drive that far, it's how much I wanted this treatment done. I was little dizzy from laying down, it took me little bit to get ready and got up. I am not going to pay for an unfinished treatment, they said, I needed to cover for esthetician's time and pay $50, they gave me a pamphlet and I left. It was waste of my time, efforts and if you suffer from any medical issues, I'd think twice about coming here.
