Can't fill small orders. Ordered three newly released items and never received. By the time I realized this, all other sellers were sold out forcing me to miss out on this product. Just recently placed an order for one item. Almost a month now and nothing. Despite 2 inquiries about status....still nothing! They are 0 for 2. Not a good way to do business. read more

These folks can require a great deal of patience. Their web page states that 8-10 days are required before purchases are shipped. I made a purchase through Paypal so that I wouldn't have to register but the downside of that is I cannot check the status of my order. Customer service also requires patience: they stated that they didn't receive my first e-mail. The positive, the order was split based on what was on hand and in both instances, shipping was First Class Priority. As the scale train world consolidates like everything else, we fewer hobbyists need to continue consuming, even with this particular business. read more
