She looked up LV in Venice's inventory. The wallet wasn't in stock but since the store in Venice is bigger than Bologna, she said they may be able to get it quickly. The associate wrote down the style number for us. The wallet was in stock when we arrived in Venice! Service and security at this LV was great. She informed us that you need your actual passport to be scanned for the sales tax to be returned to you at the airport. A copy of the passport won't suffice. We love LV service and products!

Great selection of products and service. Would visit again! My friend is Italian and their family lives in Bologna; they have a specific salesperson they go to when they're shopping here. Unfortunately, I don't have the specific salesperson name , but exceptional customer service as expected from LV.
