The younger staff (mainly checkout) are the usual sulky teenagers. The store is the same as any toys r us - designed to trap you as you enter mad make you go through a maze of aisles before you can get to what you want. They already have your kids' absolute attention with all the great toys - I don't get why they have to use such blatent child manipulation techniques. They informed me that they had a number that I should call that would fix my screen and return it to me within the week! They also fixed my camera and gave me a run through of how to use it properly! It is absolutely disastrous, please train your staffs, they look grumpy, sad, untidy. It is either they hate their Manager or they hate the company. I have been to other branches where the staffs trade the business with high standard. I reserved an item for upto 4 hrs and it wasn't kept aside, the silly counter staff walked away to go fetch the TV while Bare customers waited for her to safely transport herself back. This isn't the first time I had reserved item, but the staffs in there are highly irresponsible. Simples.!!!!!!

This means you have to walk an assault course to get to the back of the store. This branch in Uxbridge has actually got a lot of floor space but you couldn't tell on first glance due to the massive displays and no space in between. I would hate to have to push a buggy around, your poor baby would have Cards and magazines crashing on it's head. The one thing I do like about this shop is the self service tills. You don't have a depressed member of staff trying to sell you half price chocolate. As you scan your own stuff. Much better when you nip in for a birthday card. One of the rare duty free shops that I have actually made a purchase. Generally I find duty free…read moreshops to be more expensive than buying online, so I generally skip it. Though I noticed some of the fragrances had some decent pricing that was comparable to online prices. The selection of goods is pretty extensive as it includes cosmetics, fragrances, liquor and souvenir foods. There is more than one World Duty Free store in Terminal 5. I saw a satellite store at Terminal 5B and the prices were slightly different. For the best selection, I would recommend shopping at the main store in Terminal 5 unless you are already at one of the satellite terminals already and don't want to backtrack.
