My visits to Toys R Us are for one reason: LEGO. With the only exception being the LEGO store in Calgary, Toys R Us has the largest selection of LEGO products and usually carries a good amount of stock. The mall location is convenient for me. Staff at this location are always friendly. read more

I tried to buy a stroller advertised as a one day sale and they had none in stock, refused to order one in, and refused to substitute a similar model. The manager's attitude was poor! No help whatsoever! I don't appreciate being lured to a store to buy something that is advertised and being told they have none and they will not offer a raincheck.
