We came back because who wants to pay almost $300 for a phone that doesn't work properly. He said give him a week with the phone because "it was the most complex phone he ever had to TRY and fix" and gave my boyfriend a replacement phone. The replacement phone also had screen issues and eventually went black screened and when given back his original phone the camera was fixed but the screen had multiple lines all over the screen and the back was broken. Since septem we have brung this phone up here 4 or 5 times to get the correct service and sol and have been met with complete bullshit each time. Now they are refusing to do anything about the screen period and won't refund his money so he can take it somewhere they know what they're doing.
