I would strongly advise anyone from using this branch, especially if they are a walk in customer. While the owner, Kevin, is very polite, helpful and knowledgeable, his staff is the complete opposite. As Kevin is rarely there, I have had the displeasure of dealing with his staff, especially John. John, on many occasions has delayed printing my work and tried to make out that it is a huge job (which it isn't) and that it isn't worth his time. He has tried to overcharge me on a simple project and another time, he mentioned that they would be closing soon and if I could come back tomorrow... it was 3pm and they close at 5:30! Obviously this location doesn't want business. The only reason I went here was because the location was convenient but from now on I'll head elsewhere. I've had enough of the bad customer service and bad production value. read more

I brought two pieces 20"x30" each. I had them mounted on Gatorboard and had a matte laminate…read moreapplied on top. The service was quick (two days I believe) and they priced it reasonably (well more affordable than custom framing). I'm very happy with the final product. The matte finish eliminated all glare that was previously resulting from the fine art paper. The Gatorboard is a sturdy but not too heavy mounting option. Amanda was very pleasant. I will definitely keep bringing my future print jobs to Lamin-8!
